I am looking for a gun to accuratly shoot?

I have been debating about what rifle to buy. I want somthing realistic that i can change windage/ elevation to properly hit my target but i dont want to spend alot of money. I have a good scope picked out already. But should i get a , bb gun, airsoft gun, pellet gun, 22. cal, or what? I would rather have somthing that i can shoot at home and not have to go to a range but i would go to a range if that was my only choice. My max spending limit is 200 (not including scope). If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
