Should I move out of my mom's house?

Pay off the loans, then move out. As long as you're not at odds with your parents, and they are accepting of your lifestyle/give you freedom, why move out when you don't have to. Remember more $$$ = more fun. If you don't have ANY loans and all you have is a mortgage, you will be able to 1) get a bigger house, and 2) have more disposable income. Good luck!
