I have done pharmD now , how long it will take for MD from any good universty. what is fee structure for it?

what will be the duration of it bcz we have already done 70 credit hous spent 5 years so is there any adjustment in the duration of it. plz any one can help me in detail. what is its scope after pharmd . is pharmd eligible for it or not.etc. what is the criteria to apply. where we should apply. how much expenses etc
