Who was the best team that never made it to the finals ?

I'm going with the Sacramento Kings in the 2000,2001 seasons. That team was great. Webber,Christie,Peja,Bibby and Vlade Divas. Shaq destroyed the dream for that team,if not for him they would have had a couple rings.
