I got a question about red dot scopes ?

1x30 is the zoom of the sight or scope. Red dot sights have no magnification what so ever because they are made for close range fire fight. So a 4x30 rifle scope means it can zoom 4 times the human eye is accabable of. 3-9x42 scopes can zoom from 3 times the human eye to 9 times the human eye
