Who really believes Volunteer Work creates employment my experience is not and why?

sounds like u need to contact the airlines and see if u can get a position with them. with all your languages u would truly be an asset. aside from that i worked for 6 years as a volunteer at my daughter's school. every year i was assigned a job. i did it well and developed a sop for the job then next year returning expecting a job, i got a new volunteer assignment to sop through and figure out and the job i had done the previous year they gave to someone else to do. sometimes 2 people were hired to do the job i did solo. no volunteering will not get u in the door as a real person in a real company unless u r very lucky. luck is one commodity i do not possess.
