Fish oil supplements while pregnant?

I honestly thought you were not supposed to take fish oil while pregnant. I am taking Epecta Lipil DHA supplement and it is for pregnant women. I heard something about the mercury in regular fish oil!! I would look into the Expecta Lipil. you can find it at walmart meijer and pretty much any pharmacy!!
