Got kicked out of university in the US for academic dishonesty. Can I start over in another country?

Yes you will have a difficult time if you do nto inform them about the 2 years of study. You have ot understand they are going to see this 2 year gap and you need to explain it. Also, schools usually ask the question have you ever been expelled from another school. If you ansewr NO there can be MAJOR consequences. Questions like that aren't designed to kick you out immediately. Rather they are make sure you are being honest. Lying or just disregarding the truth will just get you in trouble. Remember this may not be able to get you an amazing school you're going to have to work .
