I have a question about General Hospital Family tree?

I just did some reading and realized that Lauras' (Of luke and laura) mother name is Lesley Webber. Is lesley Webber of the same Webbers as Elizabeth Webber (of Lucky and Elizabeth)? If she is of the same webbers how is she related to Elizabeth and her Brother. (the doctor i can't remember his name at the moment)
