Is DRS an unfair advantage?

I wouldn't call it a cheating equipment but I'd say it can screw people out of a podium like Schumcaher, It looked like we'd see him on the podium but Webber and Button had a better DRS system than Michael. It does bring great overtaking back to the sport but it can spoil drivers podium hopes
